Climbing Spinach is just fantastic, plant 4 seeds and put a tomato cage above them and watch them grow, you can pick small bite size leaves or let them get bigger to about 3 to 4 inches across, in the fall you will have berries , which you can dry and replant. The taste is smooth and mild, great cooked or raw in a salad.You will get 12 seeds

It is wonderful, I use it raw in salads and is very good cooked, it freezes well. put around a tomato cage and it vines right up it, just snip off as many leaves as you can use and it keeps right on growing
