By "aperture", do you mean optic effects? If so- yes, it has some wonderful swirling and multilayered loveliness to it! My camera really didn't do the specimen any justice..tsk tsk- I need to find a pro quality camera!
Should you mean apertures, as in holes- there is some slight natural cleaving on one portion, but it does not affect the overall integrity of the piece.
