I have a Hotspot Idk if it works , then the blu phone works but it's crazy it goes off and on off and on its unlocked to any network. Then the LG phone I forgot my draw pattern on it but it does work

On the lg phone. Is it google locked to an account? The draw pattern can be removed with erasing, but then if it is google locked and asks you to sign in to free it up, then it can't ever be set up again.

It's screen locked , not Google locked
