Yeah my sister uses the cards,puts under windshield wipers-of whoever sucks at parking ,my sister has handicapped decal-she sees a lot of people parking in handicapped,with no handicap decal..it is funny,they keep the card,apposed to throwing it down .lol

Were disabled and have permits to park in handicap parking but selfish people without permits park there.
