I know the rules. My auction states - NIB - on the header clearly meaning " new in box". It is not opened & never used. Thanks for your concern but I abide by Listia rules. If your not interested in this auction please find another to comment on!

"anything that can be ingested or applied to the mouth including toothpaste.." Lipstick is not going to ingested, nor applied in the mouth.. its makeup, applied on the lips. No where does it state that makeup products like lipstick or lipgloss are forbidden. Take a look at half the makeup / beauty items..they are mostly lipstick/lipgloss and none get violated because it is NOT forbidden unless the makeup is USED. Please worry about your own auctions, if I had violated Listia's rules a moderator would have already notified me.

You can block them and they can't post anymore and block/flag their messages.
Plus if you eat lipstick, you have a worse problem than being nit-picky on Listia.

What the hell is up this womans ass!? It's perfectly fine to list lipstick,lipgloss,etc. It's listed daily by so many people. But this chick seems to have some personal vendetta,she's like,pissy about it (and wrong to boot). I's blocker her if I were you.

Love this lipstick!! I think the statement about the caramel taste may have confused bettyg123 into thinking we all plan on eating this lipstick. I do like my lipstick to have a nice flavor, not because I'm eating it, but because I like my lips.

Most listians with high feedback that have done lots of auctions use stock photos. I prefer it so I can see the colors. But I trust you so I wouldn't bother. I'm hoping to win this one. I keep getting outbid on every UD lipstick I come across!!!

Well first of all the picture you have is a stock photo taken to show color. I'll trust you because you have good feedback and it doesn't seem like you would poison my lipstick or anything.
