ok im not sure what are real pearls but they
are not plastic I really dont know I just know
they are beautiful I can not ware them any
more neck got too big lol but they are my

If you glide the pearls over your teeth , real pearls feel gritty , fake glide .. its not fail proof but a good way to tell , another way is to look in between the pearls where the drill hole is , flaking of the layers of nacre ..the only true way to tell is an x-ray or microscope viewing by a gemologist ..watching :)
