I've gotten a lot out of these babies, and they're probably my favorite piece of stretching jewelry I've worn for 4g. They have a groove for the o-ring so it won't come loose, and the flare is large enough so they won't fall out during sleep. I've cleaned these thrice since I've sized up and, being the clean freak that I am, I cleaned them twice daily while I was at that size. I unfortunately lost the o-rings for these, but they are by far the most comfortable jewelry I've worn since stretching.
