This listings is for one of the exact pieces shown in the picture. I was a piercer for more than a decade and a half and have about 1800 pieces left. If you don't see something you need in my other listings, I can create another listing if I have it in stock. Every piece is 14 gauge surgical stainless steel unless otherwise stated and every piece is new and unused. they screw down into the nostril piercing and the curve at the bottom sits flush with the tissue on the under side
