It is adorable, size Medium, new with tags ( I just won this on listia last week , but I removed the tag, but I will send it too) , and it did not fit my 7 pound chihuahua. So I recommend 5 pounds or less, MAYBE 6 pounds tops. This is a nice warn quilted black Security outfit that can be worn as a costume or all year round as an outfit. It is Bret Michaels bran. VERY cute , I was disappointed it didn't fit mine. my loss is your gain.

yikes, that would make it an xxsm then, not a medium. I bid on this one too before thinking it would fit my 17 lb guy who always wears a medium!!
