yes, the feedback is correct. there have certainly been times that I have not responded to emails as quickly as some people would like. do not assume that every person has 24 hour, 7 day a week internet access. some people use the library for their internet and computer. in small towns, the library has very limited hours. so, I understand your frustration however it is your choice whether or not you bid. overall my feedback is very good. if you look you would see that. I do plan to post additional information about this item as soon as I am able.
