I do not know for sure whether you can use this card at a VS Outlet. It says "redeemable for merchandise only at Victoria's Secret stores, catalogue, and online at VictoriasSecret.com." I would ask at a VS Outlet if you can use a Victoria's Secret gift card there but I would think that you could.
