They are true to size, But I have very wide feet and they just didn't work for my foot. As badly as I wanted them to, they pinched my feet and it wasn't worth it....LOL.

As far as I know they are true to size. I have wide/fat feet and after wearing them for short period...my feet we feeling pinched.

If you are a size 7, these should fit as they are narrower than the average shoe.
