Ended up buying a new laptop a couple of years ago and this went unused. Take it from my closet to your home! Thanks for looking at my listing.

I think most people do not understand what UPGRADE means

If I have a computer with VISTA installed I can UPGRADE it to Windows 7

But it will not do a clean install or UPGRADE a Windows XP computer

Mrjcool30... this software is an upgrade, meaning it would not have been originally sold with a hardware package. Also, since the entire software package (cases, discs, keys) is being sold, it is a legitimate software auction. A sale of solely a serial number or activation key would be against the rules.

Does it have a key code? And what version of 7 is it? 32 bit or 64 bit?

Yes there is a product key. On the outside of the box it has "DVD included 32 and 64 bit discs inside." I never used the disks or registered the software. Hope that helps!

Correct, I bought this to upgrade FROM Vista to 7. This will upgrade only from VISTA according to the packaging. Hope that helps. I am not a computer tech...
