this is a surprise holiday mystery auction. holidays included are:

thanksgiving

it is very important that you check in each day and tell me all about your favorite holiday traditions, or how you like to decorate for the holidays. maybe suggest something you would like to see add!

*~* if no one shares a tradition, suggestion etc. no item will be added for that day *~*

****want even more items, there is the opportunity to get even more items added to the bag. i will also add a bonus surprise for every time the bid is raised by 500 points. (500, 1000, 1500, 2000, and so on). so the possibility is endless as to how many items the winner will get.... the higher the bids go the more items to be added ;0)

Do you happen to have a guesstament on the shipping? I really want to do this but I cannot afford the shipping if its around $20 or so

I'm going to use a flat rate box through the post office. So if this ends up a bit bigger ill use the large flat rate and it $15.35 I believe. If it stays around the same it may fit in a medium flat rate which is a bit cheaper. So it all depends on how many more items are added before the end. Hope this helps! ;0)

My tradition when I was little was on Christmas eve we would have the whole family over, around 15-20 people and we would make a big batch of hot cocoa on the stove and cozy up on the couches or floor and listen to my papa read Twas the Night Before Christmas.

So it's getting down to the wire. I can't update anymore so I'll just inform you here. I've added today's daily surprise but the bid has not changed :( so no bonuses yet.

But there is still time to bid! Lets see those bids come these last few hours and see if we can hit 15,000 and add the extra 3 bonuses (pictured above) ontop of all the other items!

How about Christmas stockings, or stuffers for stockings? Every year I make stockings for my entire family, and I collect small and odd items to place in these stockings. My family members love these stockings and they talk about them throughout the year.

I do the same thing! I love doing the stockings!!! I always try to find cute and unique items to put in them every year. My husband and I don't have children we have 5 dogs, so we even do stockings for all our baby's!!! ;0)

Okay everyone, pic 12 is yesterday's daily surprise and our #2,500 mark!

And I've added some pictures of extra goodies you can get ONTOP of the daily surprise and bonuses.

Well, one of the things I enjoyed most when my kids were growing up was making Christmas sugar cookies. The cookie dough recipe I make has to be refrigerated for several hours to overnight before rolling it out and cutting cookies shapes. I would roll the dough out and everyone got to cut out the shapes they wanted. Then I would make confectioner's sugar frosting and we tinted it different colors. The decorating got really messy sometimes but everyone had a great time!! Remember those days Jo??? :D
