The waist is 13 1/2" and it is elastic. It is 100% polyester. It is 17" long.

***The cami DOES NOT come with the skirt, I just didn't want to take a pic of a naked mannequin.

I do have two dogs, however, they are not allowed on the second floor and the door to the room my Listia items are in is always closed. It is a non-smoking home.
