This* M.S was released on 2 October 2018.
M.K.Gandhi was born, as is well known, only in 1869.
So, it was his 150th BIRTHDAY alright, not 150th ANNIVERSARY.
Who goofed up will, perhaps, never be known.
OR, they will offer some excuse ;-)
Incidentally, these are India's 1st ever circular stamps.
