3 1993 football cards of Notre Dame and Seattle Seahawks quarterback Rick Mirer. All are rookies. They are 1993 Upper Deck #3, 1993 Fleer Ultra #456, and 1993 Superior Rookies #1 (Sample Card). All cards are in Mint condition and will be shipped in soft sleeves in a plain white envelope.

Nope, any marks you see in the pictures are just part of the card design!

There is nothing wrong with any of them. Anything you see that seems to resemble scratches or the like is just part of the card design.
