The listing, Series 1963 B $1 Note - The "Barr" Note! has ended.
Okay, I'll admit that it's not the best-looking note in the world. It has been circulated, so there are some creases and soiling. So, what makes this note so special?
During the administration of President Lyndon Johnson, Joesph W. Barr was U.S. Secretary of the Treasury from December 21, 1968, to January 20, 1969, the shortest term of any Treasury Secretary. If you did that math, that's just 30 days as a US Cabinet Secretary!
A must-have for any serious currency collector! It will be shipped in an archival top-loader to protect it from any further damage.
S/H will be $1 as the holder makes it non-machinable when sent in a regular business envelope.
