Good condition! The seam pulled a little bit in one spot (see 3rd picture), but if it bothers you it can easily be stitched. Even if you don't stitch it, it will work fine, too.

Very cute. My girl is a little hefty lol and it's hard to find XL dog clothes... Usually they are small... Will bid when I have credits :(

I don't know if this would help but my oldest Golden Retriever is about 70lbs and he usually wears anything betwwen an xl-xxxl depending on what it is. I'm pretty sure his coat is an xxxl. Hope that helps.

Well, my lab mix dog was about 60 lbs and it would fit her, so it probably would fit a 48 lb. dog pretty well. Thanks for looking!
