Hi, I'm a fan of your auctions, but I just wanted to mention if you sell items in your store that are cross listed on Listia, it's a nightmare as it takes multiple days for people to get their credits back if an item was already sold. Sometimes weeks. You might want to only list items on here that aren't already for sale at your store. I'm happy to help more if this doesn't make sense.

If the winner leaves the auction unpaid it can lead to banning of their account or they won't be able to bid on any auctions on this site until they pay the last auction they won. What you are saying is not possible. if someone won this item for the current 19000 bid and you already sold the item, they still have to pay the points and wait for the refund process. It also can hurt you if they leave negative feedback for it.

The winner if forced to pay regardless of whether or not you say the item is available at the close of the auction or not. For example I bid on one of your videogame auctions. If I bid and then before the close of the auction you say it sold, then I am still forced to pay for the item and then contest the auction with Listia admins.

what if winner left the auction unpaid for several days enough to the auction to be cancelled and both leave good feedback without paying .. its possible.

The buyer has to pay not matter or they face penalty. After that it would be up to what you and the buyer decide. The communication would have to be open though. I really don't want you to be banned over items that sold before the auction ended.
