I feel the same way. My husband and I took in our sons best friend and when he married he listed us as his parents. Many others have become our other children.

My rainbow baby is with your daughter I am sure of. My mistake it was 1995 not 2005. I had a daughter who was born healthy almost a year to the day after my rainbow baby died. I believe it just wasn't time for me to be a mom back then. I now have 5 children and several more who I am blessed with who call me mom.

I lost my mom, dad, brother, daughter and husband within 7 years. I only have my son now. He allows me to live in an apartment, bigger than a 4-room house, in his home he built for me, for free. He is truly one in a million. I love him so. Something happens to him, I wouldn't be able to go on.

You are one very strong lady. My brother in law gave my husband (his brother) and I a 3 bedroom house with a half acre as well. We have been slowly fixing it up since 2009. It was a complete mess and totally gutted out. He doesn't ask for any rent as well. He just wanted us to have a house to live in together for the rest of our lives. My brother in law is an awesome man.
