yes its real neon this is from the 80's and shipping for you would be approx $18 im not sure on weight so i used 10 pounds

im not sure i know what you mean its supposed to be black background but there are a few places where the black paint is peeling off

Is the black backing fixable? oh and i know if it fits in a flat rait box it wouldint matter how heavy it was you just pay the money for that box to ship. Mabe that is a possiblility also.

i think you could prob fix it but you might have to take it all off and redo it and as for shipping im not sure it always asks me for weight
