This doll has 3 faces. th spindle on top of her head turns her head around so you can see the different faces. these dolls are pretty rare to find. she has her original dress and bonett. she is smilling,sleeping, and crying.she is bisque i believe. her faces and hands are and the rest of her body is clothe. don't really know how old she is . I have had her for many, many years. we are a non smoking home, Blessings
