Munin the raven, Odin's faithful messenger, was stripped of her wings and transformed by Loki into a mortal girl. Unable to fly but determined, she will travel through the nine worlds of Yggdrasil to regain her lost feathers and return to Asgard. Munin reinforces the traditional side-scrolling experience, with the use of rotating environments to overcome obstacles and solve puzzles. By distorting parts of the environment, players can create bridges with pillars, transform walls into floors or open new passages. Other gameplay elements, such as switches, rotating environments or items, are influenced by physics to add even more depth to the puzzles: as the game world rotates, rocks and debris move, roll and fall.
