I include tracking as people claim the item is not received therefore I must return their credits. Insurance money is collected to ensure that your item is not sent to you damaged. Your complaint is with the USA postal service not me for their rates that are set. Under Lisitia rules - I am allowed to collect for both tracking and insurance ( packaging also should I choose).
