Boy scout scouts bsa numbers numeral 37 one piece patch. This could have been for a pack, troop, team, post, crew, or ship. Patch looks used in having been sewn on. However is in good shape to put on a shirt, Jacket, vest, blanket, or put in a frame or display case, etc.
I see some possibilities if one is say in a Pack or Troop 3 or 7 that in theory could carefully cut the 3 or 7 so Patch is number 3 or 7. See numbers can be 3, 7, 37 or 73, if one was to make changes to the patch. I don't know how practical be to do for may cause Thread problems, but just an idea sharing.
