yes,these are awesome, you take a mini hook, like a small wire and bend the tip, stick it through the bead, hook a tiny bit of hair and pull it through easily, then just stick in what your gonna put in your hair, then pinch it with pliers, you can re-use them more then once if your are careful when opening it back up. just pinch the bead in the opposite direction it pries it back open . I like to use the things all over unerneath parts of my head and place sparkly tinsle in it instead like what you hang on the christmas tree, lol . and it looks so nice when it blends in with your hair nd it sparkles.
