I bought mine at dollar tree a while back for $1.00 plus tax. but they bought them from target which there they costed $18.99 plus tax so $15 not to bad.

Sounds like you got a great deal. $15 includes the shipping which is almost $6 due to the weight and I use the flat rate envelopes as the least expensive way to go :)
