Unopened package. Legendary X-large & mild chili pepper of Anaheim CA. Mammoth roasting pepper originated from chili peppers developed 1910s in New Mexico. Spicy chilis are a staple of New Mexican cuisine, but when Emilio Ortega introduced his variety to California in the 1990s, a more mild version was chosen to suit a more mild pepper palate in California. This offshoot, has become a widely known mild chili ranges (500-2500 Scovilles units) & is delectable for frying & roasting. 1900/2150
