its clean and most phones you can activate for eather this one has not been activated pre paid , but you can . with verizon if you do..it has to be active prepaied(if you put it that way) for 6 months before activating contract. its used and in used condition .not bad id say good and yes it works .if i have an extra card ill send it with the phone .and ear phones will go with it to .

it was used on a bill a long time ago it can be used either way just have to call verizon w meid and tell them you want it prepaid ..if not just activate it regular bill phone
