Very nice condition pair of Windsor opera glasses made in Japan. No flaws at all that I can see and there are no scratches on the lenses. They do have in and out manual focus.They open and close very easily with no problems at all. Please feel free to ask any questions.

I don't I'm sorry it doesn't say but I can see very far with them! I live on a lake and I can see pretty clearly all the way over to the other side!
