In this lot, there are five different USPS Issued, Mint never hinged, 13c stamp blocks. Which are; 13c Gold Coin, 13c
Anniversary Year of Talking Pictures, 13c Liberty Eagle & Shield, 13c John F. Kennedy and 13c USAirmail. The front of the 13c Kennedy stamps have some kind of residue on the front, looks like a sticky type substance-only it isn't sticky. I didn't want to ruin the stamps, so I just left them alone and left it there, but the stamps are still MNH or used. All the stamp blocks are USPS Issued, Mint condition, never used or hinged, they are not reproduction reprints or replicas.
