Spearmint will grow almost anywhere! its beautiful, fragrant and spreading. Grows to 3 ft high and will spread as far as you let it. Blooms lavender - purple flowers in the fall. Spreads by tentacle roots and seeding after blooming. Now is the time to plant (before freezing. also grows indoors year round. Prefers shade but will grow well in partial sun. Great filler! Grow your own mint for teas, garnishes and critters don't much care for it. You are bidding on one live root. Shipped wrapped in moist paper. Plant immediately.
