I do not refund credits just because you do not have a full understanding of what you are bidding on. All you have to do is ask.

I do not do GIN's or lower days so please don't ask.

Although I would love to do free shipping for everything I cannot so please don't ask.

Yes I combine shipping and I also in some cases try to get you the lowest shipping price possible but most of the time I deal in flat rate only.

If you change your mind for any reason after an auction I still keep the credits.

If I do not hear from you in the 7 days established by Listia then I keep the credits and relist the item.

I will not re-answer comments or questions that are already answered in this post. So if you don't get a reply from me then read it again.

I will always ship within 7 days from the receipt of shipping/address whichever comes later. So there is no need to keep emailing me about when I will be shipping it. I will let you know when it has gone out through the Listia "Sent it" feature on the auction site.

I apologize if this sounds unfair but I have been gone for a year and just got back and it seems like everyone has gone looney or something. Most of this stuff is avoidable by simply reading the description on an item or viewing all of the photos posted. It also hasn't happened on any of my auctions but there are some very rude people out there. This place used to be so nice and friendly.

I know I have met some wonderful buyers and sellers on here but in the last two months I have had to relist countless items because someone didn't read everything or just don't bother to contact you at all. It is just really aggravating sometimes and tends to mess it up for those of us who do follow the rules.

I think it might be too small for most blooming tea balls, which are made for a standard sized pot, and this, according to your description, is about half sized. I drink iced tea all year long - I brew a pot and then pour it over ice in my glass. I drink all the teas on the market over ice, not just the traditional ones for icing. A fresh glass is so much better than something brewed by the pitcher 2 days ago, and so many flavors to choose from.

Never thought of drinking tea that way. All I drink is sweet tea 24/7 to the detriment of my husband and friends...lol. I drink different types of hot teas during the winter, which is the only time I use one of these.
