I tend to ask questions before making statements, that way I don't come off offensively. I would have politely explained shipping if you would have politely asked. General statements sometime come off offensive when you can't her what a person is saying.

I apologize. Sometimes I am quick to type when scanning auctions without thinking because of the time factor. There are also people that don't read the rules and just think they can do whatever they want to. It is also hard to know who is on the the other side of the computer. You'll see after a while. There even those that get upset and block for asking a question.... Again I apologize.
