once they are bid on you can not delete the auction, or alter it or add GIN. only before they are bid on. Now you just have to wait for the auction to end and then write the winner and explain, and refund their credits. Ask them to give you positive feedback since you return the credits right away.

When the auction ends, the winner needs to ask for a refund. Then a button will pop up at your end that says "refund credits". You click it, and the credits go back to the winner. That's all.
