3 ft 10 in with only legs extended. 5 ft 1 inch with neck extended.....

What is the weight limit for it? Is it a flat head mount?

Weight limit is for a standard size camera. This can acctualy hold a over sized video camera, taking in that the screw mount on the camera fits the screw on the tripod, 1/4' screw.
