This dress is very nice & brand new from 2b bebe. Size Large. No rips, holes, tears, or stains. Smoke/pet free home. Hangs about 19" from the upper waist (under breasts). Measured waist 14" which means it would fit a lady 28" around. This is a backless dress that ties behind your neck.

Well it depends on the lady. I can only advise the the dress has a thick band under the gold glitter pieces (under your breasts. It ties in the back in the spot. Below there, the dress clings yet free flows down 19". Hope this helps. Happy Bidding!
