The listing, Moringa seeds (4) has ended.
4 seeds of the Moringa oleifera, aka the miracle tree. It enriches the soil by fixing nitrogen and it gives you vitamins A and C, protein, and Calcium.
To sprout it:
1. Soak the seed in a cup of water overnight. It will probably sink to the bottom.
2. Put it in a starting pot, barely under the soil. You should be able to just barely see the seed poking out of the soil. Put a piece of paper towel over the seed. Keep the paper towel moist, watering once or twice a day. Moringa does not like wet feet, so make sure you have good drainage.
The baby Moringa tree is very delicate. Handle with care and don't transplant it until it's well established in the pot.
Moringa does not like temperatures below 55F so wait to plant it outdoors until overnight lows are in the 60s and there is no danger of a cold snap. This means LATE spring or early summer, depending on what climate you live in.
Before winter comes, you can make cuttings and start them indoors, putting them out in the ground in late spring.
