The listing, Leap Frog - My Own Leaptop has ended.

Perfect condition. No marks, chips, or damage. Shows very minimal normal wear. Works perfectly, as demonstrated by my granddaughter yesterday. Perfect to keep at grandma's house, in the car (easily hand held) or take into a place where they need to be occupied for a while. Why buy new when used is much cheaper.

No. This is a self contained. You slide the orange button on the side for ABC, reading, music or animals. It does have a button they can use to get e-mail, but we never let our grandson do that for fear of viruses to our computer.

I looked it up. It says for ages 2+ but my four year old granddaughter was playing with it the other day and sat for 1 1/2 hours with it. I would say it 2 to 5 would find it playful. If you google it you'll see the complete information on the toy.
