Thank you for the offer! Currently, I don't have any time to take on extra projects but you may be able to find another quilter to do it for you. You can get the pattern, then shop around for a quilter :) Or, consider taking a quilting class. You might find that you really enjoy it - most people who try paper piecing wind up with a new hobby!
