I came across this coin in a large lot of steel pennies I had purchased. The initial excitement of finding a copper 1943s penny was incredible. Next test was the magnet and it stuck, Darn. I don't know who plated this or when but what a unique find.

Well, I read somewhere that a 1943 wheat back was worth a million dollars.... Whether it was 'Copper Plated Steel Penny' or regular... I don't know... Cool penny, fanned!
