This book gives step by step instructions on how to make wine at home.By law in most places we are allowed to make 200 gallons of wine on beer per person per year.There is just one catch,you can't sell it. If you do you are a bootlegger. If you have a wine and cheese or fruit tasting you cannot charge people to get in or you are a bootlegger. What you can do is give someone a bottle of wine for their birthday or Christmas or for no reason at all as long as you give it away. Now 200 gallons is 1000 bottles thats more than anybody can make and drink very easy.You will learn that it is not only a lot of fun but very rewarding. I have been making my own wine for about 8 years now and I'll put my wine against store bought any day of the week. All my family and friends are always waiting for me to pop a cork.
