The listing, iHome Stereo has ended.

I have a cute little purple iHome travel stereo. You can hook your phone up to it using the cord and it just plugs into the headphone jack on your phone. It sounds really nice for being such a small speaker. Uses 4 AA batteries.

That is where you can set your phone on it, I will take a picture of my phone sitting on it later tonight when I get home so that every one can see what it looks like when it's set up.

No it doesn't this is strickly just for sound it doesn't charge at all.

Yea true it will work with a MP3 also. Pretty much anything with a headphone jack.
