It is stainless steel with an antiqued finish. There are rhinestones around the face and on the face. It works, but needs a new battery. Great watch!

Band is 7in and face is 1 1/4 so its 8 14 around. It is 5/8 in wide.

Its not scratched. It looks sort of worn, like an antique finish. I bought it that way. It is like that all the way around.
