Oh its just a simple little break,the two ends where it broke are not damaged looking, so I think the piece that was between had to of fallen off I think. I can't weigh it though to tell you that much.

Is this a heavy chain ? or light weight ? was wondering because I called a jeweler today about cost of fixing it & he said alot would depend on width & weight of links that he would have to replace , I was thinking of making it a little shorter :) do you know what type of chain it is ? thank you Lots:)
