Up for is a neat old trade card / postcard, advertising the services of Livermore & Knight Co., 42 Pine Street, Providence, R. I. (head office and factory). This company was renowned for its innovative and creative advertising, which they featured on a novelty card that swiveled, pulled out or turned, to call attention to the product and / or business featured.

This card is a tri-fold and measures approximately 4” x 6½” when closed, and about 13½” when opened all the way. The closure is a water wheel that can turn. Card is in very good unused condition! Undivided back.

Since the opened card is longer than my scanner, it was hard to get an adequate scan, however I think you can get a good idea. It's Card No. 308. Mill and Water Wheel. There is quite a bit of text on the card, all having to do with reasons why this postcard folder will sell the sender's first-class goods. In excellent condition for the age!
