I do not have PayPal at this time. Winner can pay exact shipping by sending postal money order (traceable through USPS) or cashier's check (traceable through your bank), then I will ship upon receipt. I can also ship UPS with COD. UPS will make three attempts to deliver and collect exact payment (including small COD fee).

Per Listia Rules:

Winner will have 7 days after auction end to provide Listia verified shipping address and payment. It is unacceptable to receive address in email. Address must be provided in the top section of the post-auction page. I will keep close correspondence with you. If the above is not received, I will relist and dispute any credit refund. This also includes unresponsive winners and buyers remorse.

I am entitled to keep credits if:

Winner refuses to pay exact stated shipping charges.
Winner backs out or does not want the item anymore.
Winner claims a package is missing and I have valid tracking info.
Listia will see all messages in the event winner states they do not want item, changed their mind, etc.

Lastly, the days set on any of my listings are just that. Please Do Not Ask me to lower the days. I will not reply and hide your comment.
