Beautiful tanzanite ring approx. 8 carats sterling silver overlaid band size 6. Diamond accent stones . Gorgeous ring. Brand new, never been worn.
It was a gift but its to large for me to wear. Good luck and happy bidding.

Is it a simulated Tanzanite or the real thing? How about the diamonds, real or simulated?

Im not sure..it was a gift. I know it was expensive but never had it formally apprsised. Its stamped .925 on the inside. There are no other markings I can see.

silver overlaid ? does that mean silver plated??

I think the inner core is Rhodium which increases the strength and durabilty of the ring. Pure silver is fairly soft so its overlaid on a stronger metal.
