I never said it was refurbished for sure, and since you wanna run your mouth some more chris, take a look at my items before you try to say my rating is only 79 I have auctioned off thousands of dollars worth of items on this site, so don't play all high & mighty because you auctioned off a bunch of xbox player cards that you more than likely got for free, the whole point is all everybody hears is how much you think this phone is worth, and how everybody is hating on you. When in reality that phone is actually just a piece of junk, nobody spends $200+ for a phone only to list it a month or two later unless they don't like it, hence being a piece of junk. And you can call me a hater all you want to, but the fact is that's the only response you have when someone calls you out about the crappy item you listed.I wouldn't be so quic to try and create am issue with me if i were you bud, that will get you nowhere fast. And as far as how many points you think you deserve for an item? LOL well want in one hand, and you know what to do with the other, you will get what people feel like bidding, once you list it, it is out of your hands! But I would like to thank you for being so smart as to tell everybody that the extra items you are offering after 10,000 points are not needed to use the phone, real smart, now everybody knows all they need is the phone. also I didn't see krazorback promoting anything they were auctioning off, they were just making a statement as to the quality of the phone. This is not even close to being one of the best items auctioned off on listia. as far as lfgreen getting 18,000 points for a phone, well she is a respected seller on this site, no offense, but over 95% of your auctions have only been cheap 48 game play passes, so you shouldn't be telling people your a respected seller just look at your rating, because i just did, and wasn't impressed. Actually, the rudeness in comments to others only added to your words already offending me with your response, to my questions. I am refusing to get in the middle of any of this drama and childish behavior. I speak for myself and responded because of the rudeness address towards me mainly, after it went towards others too. My questions were legit, warranted and sincere from first hand knowledge of owning these phones, communicating with the manufacturer of this phone, researching online reviews from however many millions of buyers left the reviews, etc. I was not singling you out. You assumed I was or I had been sent to your listing on another's behalf. Negative/no. In this modern technology world, a buyer could and should take 15 minutes ans research any item they are considering purchasing. Credits/money, still is a purchase and should be done responsibly. Asking the owner of a car for sale about the car's history, etc, is common, why is asking questions about ANY item listed on this site considered ruffling feathers and being hateful? Amazes me. I was not trying to down your listing at all hun. I own 2 just like this one and was asking relevent questions any boyer/bidder would ask. :). Both of these went back to the store within their first 30 days with problems and traded for the same. Minor issues since but they each totally locked down, 2 different defects, so I was asking seriously. Best of luck with the listing. Haha yeah that's like the lowest attempt to win at an auction Chris, when someone hates on a product and tries to scare other potential buyers off it. It does really make me wonder why those people can't just stop trying to take shortcuts in life, and do things properly.
And evoluchun, if you met an famous and important person, you wouldn't say to them "I really dislike you, but I'm just voicing my opinion, no need to be so rude to me when I'm just voicing my opinion". I am wondering why you are asking for a certain amount of credits before you send the disk with the phone? That is the software disk that comes with the phone isn't it? I don't see how it seems fair to ask for extra credits for the software that came with the phone, I understand maybe for the memory card & case, but not the disk.

well neither one is necessary for the phone, they are just an added extra. i never once used them and for it not being fair to ask for a certain price to receive them, i do not believe that is true at all. you do not need these at all the operate the phone. like i said, i never once used them and i just payed over 200 dollars a few months ago and i think it would be unfair to me if i didnt at least receive 10,000 credits for this. some of you act like thats an unreal offer but i think its more than fair. i mean look at the black wii that was in the 40 thousands. you can buy those for 179. this phone was more expensive than that and people are complaining about 10,000 credits, i just dont understand.

Lots of these particular phones had to go back for repairs, NOT saying this one is bad, just asking. We have one of these. :). And am bidding seriously. So, some, had issues with the screen not rotating to the text letter pad and not going from one to the other screens. Is this one functioning fine? Thanks. :).
